Gaming ad sales house signs contract with casual games publisher for expanding portfolio
London, England, January 22, 2016 – Venatus Media (www.venatusmedia.com), one of Europe’s largest gaming ad sales houses, has won the exclusive UK sales contract with Poki (poki.com), a global, cross-platform casual games publisher for pre-teens with its own in-house games studio. While Venatus Media was previously serving ads for Poki alongside other ad sales houses, the publisher opted to give the gaming ad sales house exclusivity in the UK. Venatus Media won the deal after working with Poki on several successful campaigns with kids’ advertisers, including Hasbro, Disney, Nintendo and Universal Pictures.
Venatus Media’s direct ad sales team will deliver its knowledge of kids casual gaming to help Poki connect to premium advertisers relevant to its young audience. Venatus Media will also bring its extensive network of advertisers in the UK to help Poki drive revenue opportunities through integrated brand advertising, takeovers and pre-roll video.
Poki’s online portal serves 35 million monthly active users globally with localised games played by users from more than 60 countries speaking 29 languages. Poki develops and publishes its own games and serves tailored content for audiences while providing major brands a way to engage with children. The publisher also helps game developers distribute and monetise cross-platform games.
